Simlink not working MacOS

xplane 12. Just purchased navigraph. been having many issues, not simple or intuitive and very little in support for installation and set up that i can find.

sim link does not work. have re-installed twice. it opens but my aircraft (zibo) is not showing on maps. The plugin has a checked box within the xplane program. I open simlink, then open xplane, set up the fmc, etc. In my plugin folder, there is no simlink folder, just a file called NavigraphSimlink_64. Any help would be appreciated as this has been extremely frustrating to trouble shoot. I am running on a brand new mac studio M4.

Hi,

Please review the following points to ensure that Simlink is configured correctly:

  1. Make sure you have signed in to the Simlink application using your Navigraph account.

  2. If you have installed the Simlink plugins into X-Plane 12, you should see the plugin details as shown in the screenshot below.

  3. If X-Plane 12 with its path is not listed, please install the Simlink plugins into X-Plane 12 using the Simlink Plugins Windows.

  4. In X-Plane 12, please check whether the Navigraph Simlink plugins are enabled.

  5. If X-Plane is running and the Simlink Status window displays flight location information but you are still not seeing the moving map, please ensure that there are no VPNs or proxies enabled.

  6. If you continue to experience issues, please send us the Simlink log files from the Simlink log folder. You can access this by going to Simlink Status Window -> Logs -> Open Log Folder.

Let us know if you still encounter any issues.

Thank you!

Best Regards,
