Simlink causing X-Plane 11.55r2 to crash

The latest update of X-Plane crashes when Simlink is installed. Running macOS Bug Sur 11.4 on a 2019 MacBook Pro.

Immediately after updating X-Plane I attempted to start a flight. Immediately after the X-Plane progress bar completes and it starts to transition to the flight the simulator crashes. I have some custom aircraft and scenery so I deleted X-Plane and reinstalled. A stock install works fine but the problem resurfaces when Simlink is the only add-on installed.

Hi…,

I have just checked on my iMac Pro with Big Sur 11.4 running X-Plane 11.55r2 latest Charts and Simlink without a problem.

I suspect something on your system, as others would also have reported it.

I suggest moving Charts and Simlink to bin and downloading and installing latest Charts and Simlink.

If still an issue, I would remove any addons and confirm still a problem.
