I cannot connect to my XP11 on Mac. Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome.
Please uninstall Charts and Simlink from your Mac, download and install latest Charts and Simlink.
If still a problem please provide new video as you previously did, showing Simlink Status and Moving Map attempts.

My bad, I forgot to press “install” in the plugin setting page because I could not find it. Turns out it’s on upper right corner, not in the dock.
