when i tried to Import my account data on simbrief it ask me a name and a password i tried to enter my navigraph alias it tells me , Your username or password was incorrect , i tried to ender my name it tells me Your username or password was incorrect . can someone tell me what are they talking about when it ask user name . i think i know my user name i enter it many times and it always say , Your username or password was incorrect . so i click on forgot username or password .It say , You will now be redirected to SimBrief’s old password reset tool. then it ask me my email so i enter my email ,and i receive a message it say , No account exists using this e-mail! i thing i have an account i creat it whit that email and i paid for that , so can someone do something . it start to be complicated.
