Interesting catch.
It seems like the Simbrief “runway analysis” is using InHg unconditionally for the predicted QNH value in the takeoff and landing reports; it might make more sense (given there doesn’t seem to currently be any way for the “dispatcher” to control it) to use whichever unit matches the METAR or whichever unit is in use in the country where the takeoff/landing is taking place.
I guess the short answer is, for now, you cannot change it (as far as I know).

Hi, this cannot be customized in the SimBrief options.
However I have now updated the TLR section to display the same altimeter units as in the airport’s METAR.
