Perhaps you’re working on something in the background, loading the new update, etc.; I’ll keep trying to log in…

When I click on Login, then Login Using Navigraph, a login window usually comes up, pre-populated with my username and password.

This morning, it went to the following error message:
There was an unexpected error
Request Id: a0c44ed4-5a78-43e9-a1d0-14021fd84fff

Other tries come up with a different Request ID, such as:
There was an unexpected error
Request Id: 8d67c1a4-89e1-4d5c-a2f9-540564d11b8b

If I try to login into my SimBrief Account with fake credentials it says: Invalid email or password. And that’ s it!!! Yeah that’s logic!

BUT the fact is that I am a ultimate subscriber! In my Account under subscriptions it says “You have active subscriptions but I cannot login into my SimBrief account using my NAVIGRAPH loigin credentials. BTW, my credentials are 100% correct! However while login into my SimBrief account It outputs an error message like so:
There was an unexpected error
Request Id: some number

Well, I NEVER had an issue like this before. Did you DELETE my SimBrief account now? If not , what does it mean???

When I try to login, I get a message saying “Error, There was an unexpected error. Request Id: Request Id: b8b8f0a1-47c9-413c-8e27-a8d0621b132c”

This error came up after I typed in my e-mail and password. Now it comes up everytime I press login on the simbrief website, without me being able to type in my e-mail or password.

Yep I’ve got this too, never had it before until I just logged in this morning, very stange. I’ve emailed support to find out what’s going on
