I am using Simbrief to file flightplan via Vatsim, and it says that it is sent but when i talk to ATC on vatsim online they cant se any flight plan !!!
the first week it worked perfectly, but now they (ATC) cant se any flight plan
any solutions ?
Hi, it’s difficult to know what the cause might be. I have checked and the VATSIM prefile function is working for other users.
Make sure you are logging in to VATSIM using the same callsign as you prefiled with. Also make sure you see the green notice in the top right when prefiling, otherwise it did not go through:
Failing that, I recommend you ask through VATSIM support channels (they have a Discord, Member Forums, and a Help Desk).
