SimBrief flight plan not importing into the aircraft EFB and getting stuck on “SimBrief requesting in airbus a320N

Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with SimBrief integration in the aircraft EFB. After generating the flight plan in SimBrief and importing it into the aircraft EFB tab, when I click on SimBrief it only shows “SimBrief requesting” and the flight plan does not get imported. I’ve tried waiting and repeating the process but it still doesn’t work. I’ve attached a video showing the issue. Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Check you have entered your SimBrief Pilot ID number in EFB Settings.

Thank you my issue was solved. I have another issue why INIT request is not showing in the display im attaching the required photograph please help me in fixing this
