My SIMBREIF isn’t connecting to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. You can only view data when entering PMDG777 or FENIX320, not request routes. fenix320 cannot request wind, and pmdg777 seems to be unable to load the route.
I tried lots of things to fix the problem, including reinstalling the system and the game, and resetting the network protocols. I realised what the problem was when I borrowed a friend’s Simbrief account!
I filled in my Simbrief ID in the game. I’m really struggling and I’d be really grateful if anyone could help me.

Lets limit the number of variables. Are you talking PMDG 777ER or PMDG 777F?
When you create and Generate a flight for the PMDG 777 in SimBrief, how are you entering it in the PMDG 777ER or 777F?
Please explain “You can only view data when entering PMDG777, not request routes. and pmdg777 seems to be unable to load the route”, in such a way we can replicate.
What is the route in text form?

So let’s state the problem again this time.
I completed the Simbrief with the utmost care and attention. If I were to operate a 77W,
I would undoubtedly select the PMDG-77W and would not utilise the 77F in MSFS2020 following the selection of the 77W.
I am currently experiencing an issue when attempting to import routes in msfs2020 and msfs2024. It seems that, as long as I am using my own Simbrief account, the import process does not function correctly.
I am not solely referring to the PMDG-777 or Fenix320; rather, I am discussing any aircraft that is capable of importing routes using Simbrief.
I can import the voyage normally as soon as I change my friend’s account.
I kindly request that you verify whether the issue lies with my account.
I look forward to hearing from you again with an update on this issue, as it is causing me significant difficulties.
