Is it possible to narrow the route line in Navigraph? I find the line on the map rather dominant.

There isn’t a setting to narrow the route line in Navigraph Charts, per se. I have moved your post to the Wishlist category so that you and others can vote for this enhancement.
We take the number of votes into account when evaluating potential new functionality.
