Retro navaid pack?

With many of the VOR/DME stations being phased out in the real world they are also disappearing from the navdata. I love to fly older planes, preferably without using GPS. I find it increasingly difficult to create VOR to VOR routes.

Therefore my question/request:
Would it be possible to create a ‘retro navaid pack’ containing the old VOR/DME and NDB beacons that have been dismantled over time? Basically recreating the navaid network from somewhere in the 1960’s/1970’s?
