We have just confirmed Kaspersky to be the culprit for another, very similar issue.
I am going to assume that disabling the antivirus is going to solve the issue for you too! I am sure that it is also possible to configure the antivirus to not interfere with our products, but I can’t help you with this process unfortunately.
If you disabled the antivirus and you still have these issues, please let us know!
