I have checked the ProSim database and LEVX Vigo is included in the data:
Here the airport-record for LEVX:
… and here a part of the 71 different terminal procedures (Sids, Stars and Approaches) for Vigo:
So, as you see the data are included - it must be any other thing on your side, sorry - possible you ask the ProSim devs. I can´t find/see any issue on the navdata side. The data are all included and available.
