In case of problems with paying / subscribing to Navigraph, the email communication is not suitable for this.
Takes too much time… , no real answers to questions ,especially if feedback is required. A chat function would remove that that time consuming frustration…

I find the support emails and subscription procedures hopeless with Navigraph… Their custom support is not client friendly. They email back on different email addresses from me, so i miss communication.

I am feeling hopeless by now. … I have deleted my kerkhoff@twentest Navigraph account, and paid again the monthly fee now for my kerkhoff53@gmail.com Navigraph account. Instead of promised 3 months, i now only get 1 month subscription. However, according to the navigraph page I have access to nothing and should pay again… Can you finally solve my problem?
Please only communicate with my gmail account.
