I did an upgrade to Windows 11 and now my PMDG Aircraft do not show up in the Navigraph Hub?? Tried reinstalling the PMDG 737-700 but still doesn’t show up as being in the Sim? I installed from the PMDG 737-700 file downloaded the current version from PMDG and installation went fine. Why is it not showing up in the Navigraph Hub?

If still an issue, you might try redownloading and reinstalling Navigraph Hub

Not able to update AIRAC because nav hub doesn’t shows PMDG.
same here…reinstalled PMDG and Navigraph hub and no joy… 737-800
its not showing so cant update the nav data .
any ideas?- im on Steam version of FS2020
Hi I was experiencing this while using Windows 10 and did an upgrade to Windows 11 as well as a reinstall of Navigraph hub. The problem was resolved and the PMDG aircraft now appear. Not sure if it’s coincidental or if it is a Windows 10 issue. Good luck!

Can you please restart the Hub and try again? It will provide us with some additional debug information to be able to solve the problem.

I don’t see any errors on our side. Are you aware that the list of plugins is scrollable? Since we released the G3X there are so many Navigraph plugins that you would need to scroll down a bit to see the plugins from 3rd parties

DUUUH!..that was exactly it ! …I was expecting to see it in the same place as the FENIX (outside sim) and there it is scrolled down on the other tab !

Yes, it was more obvious before when atleast 1 entry was visible An update is coming where the window is resizable which might help
