Hi, I have a Navigraph Unlimited subscription, and I just purchased the PMDG 777-300ER for Xbox (released today). It has the new ability to update Navigraph Navdata on Xbox.
I successfully authenticated with both my Simbrief Alias (to load flight plans), and authenticated with Navigraph (to update Navdata) using the QR code that appears on the tablet. I know it is authenticated and communicating, becuase I can load charts in the EFB.
However, in the “Database” section of the EFB, where it would show the AIRAC cycle, it only says “Refreshing…”. Also, when I try to fetch a Navdata update, it gets stuck here at about 75 or 80%:
I don’t know how large the Navdata download would be, but the progress bar gets about 80% of the way pretty quickly - but then is stuck. I left it like that for about 30 minutes before giving up, several times in a row. I have rebooted, and I even factory reset the tablet and re-authenticated.

Sorry to say, I would inform PMDG about this. We “only” offer the data package - the logic how the data will be fetched are developed by PMDG. Here we have no real influence, sorry.
Is it possible there is a data format issue with the current (new) AIRAC cycle? PMDG says they tested with the previous cycle, and it seems the issue started with this new cycle.

Yes, the PMDG 777 tablet’s Navdata Update page progress bar would seem to indicate the data is downloading, but then gets stuck at about 75 or 80%. I’m not sure if that means it is stuck downloading, or stuck processing the download. But PMDG is aware there is an issue, likely on their end then. Thanks.
Thanks for the update … The package should work, its the same as for the PC version and here we have no reports about a possible corrupt file or similar else.
So, I assume tge issue is somewhere during the de-compression of the file but uts only an assumption. I’m pretty sure that the PMDG guys will fix it
I am having the same issue. I just paid for the year 2 months ago. It says I am signed in. Also update NavData is sitting at about 75% to 80% like they said and not moving. Works in every other plane just documenting it so you know it’s happening to more than one person. Thank you for your time
