any advance about airac on xbox? just by curiosity, i heard they are working on it (PMDG).
an also where i can get all the latest news about updates and all new stuff coming?

We have had a solution ready for navdata on Xbox for a while, which PMDG and other devs are working on implementing. I’ve been lobbying for PMDG to address this via the MSFS forum - for both the 737ng in MSFS for Xbox, and I assume it will be the same for the 777 on Xbox.
