Pay year subscription but all platform navigraph chart still in demo

MSFS 2020 no navigraph panel
i don’t know what is going wrong
if still can fix i need to proceed refund thanks

Hi,
you have “only” an FMS/Navdata subscription, means only for the data but not for the chart. When you want to use the charts also, you should upgrade the the Ultimate plan (monthly or yearly that´s not important). You can do this on every time and you pay only the difference.

(prices can be slightly differ due the VAT of each country)

Have you installed the Navigraph Navdata Center?

With this tool, you can install/update the In-Game-Nav Panel plus the AIRAC updates for the MSFS, plus all MSFS addons.

Do you see the “Navigraph Charts” and can you select/de-select it?
