after updating to su14 OFP font is extremley small and unreadable in VR , any fix for that

Please see OFP too small after last update - option to stretch window width or revert to previous font size? - #5 by skysail.

where can i find this update?

It should be immediately available when you open the panel! You should see this version and build in your settings menu:
