hi i need help i have been using FSR 500 wih simbrief and it works great by importing the flight into simbrief on tablet inside cockpit and seeing the moving map on flight plan using xbox fs2024, my navigraph on desktop moving map was working great for few months no issue and since yesterday it keeps saying no simlink is connected, i have simlink running i can send photo, i even uinstalled reinstalled simlink and navigraph i only have one user account logged into both. no luck, i am not using antivirus or vpn. again this started yesterday and today. before all is well.

As per FAQ - Navigraph support of Xbox, Simlink is not supported for default aircraft on xBox. As stated there, you may get some form of Moving Map for certain addon aircraft.

To be clear: Simlink has no effect on your XBox console at all.
The reason you can see your position when using certain addon aircraft is that they are using Navigraph code to send position updates to our servers.
A workaround for now could/should be to just load up a chart - that should make things work again!

We have identified an issue and a fix is being rolled out right now.
I tried loading a Chart (any chart) and that worked fine for me - which makes sense given the nature of the issue. This made moving maps work again.
Things should be back up and running normally without workarounds soon!

A fix has now been rolled out, and I have confirmed that it is working correctly in the simulator.
There are no issues left on our server side. Give it another try and let us know if it works as expected!

If things are still not working, confirm that you are using the correct account when signing in! You can see the username of your currently signed in account in the “Navigraph Settings” page in the MFD.
yes sir i am, same account i only have one and i have not done any change on my end. was working then i flew for past 4 month every day and boom stopped working

The last report we got from you was on July 22nd.
