Please confirm that you are reading the username from the settings page in your avionics inside the simulator on XBox?
check avionics navigraph alias is valentino1801 and says unimited subscritpion in MFD

i just signed out navigraph i avionics and signed back in to see if it helps no luck in avionics i see everything works perfect and EFB just the navigraph desktop moving map not linking with sim link i can send you log fiel

sim link says no flight data found on server its running in background when i do retrieve flight data

Yes, that is correct. We have flight data, but as mentioned it is from July 22nd so it is determined to be out of date!

That all looks good! The Simlink application and its installed version are not related to this issue.
