I am experiencing the same problem trying to update my “PRO-ATC-SR” ATC program. I know it’s not the ATC Program since they haven’t updated anything in ages 
. I think there is a separate thread on this issue. Wrong Cycle Data for 2307 (All FMS Data Manager updates) - Navigation Data / FMS Data Manager - Navigraph
