No A/C icon in Moving Map

Using Chrome on W11 Home, for some months I have been missing the red triangular aircraft icon from the Navigraph moving map.
SimLink is fully updated and there is a connection because the map is moving but without the aircraft symbol.
I’ve not previously worried about it because I can use LNM, but then perhaps it would be handy to see.
I’m using MSFS 2020 and the aircraft trail is working.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,

Fabio

I’ve cleared Navigraph Charts website data but this didn’t return my icon.

Please try a different browser say Edge.
Also does this occur with Desktop Charts ?

Cheers
Ian

Hi,
Excellent idea trying Navigraph Charts and another browser, I’m sorry that I missed these obvious steps.
Navigraph Charts needed an update as I’ve tended always to use Navigraph Charts Cloud through Chrome, and my aircraft symbol was present. Edge worked fine after signing in.
Back to Chrome; my aeroplane is missing still?

Try clearing cache in Chrome.

There used to be a way in Chrome to clear website data for a specific website (Navigraph) but I’m unable to find this function in the settings of the present version.
I’d rather not clear everything having just done this for Microsoft as I’m still picking up the pieces from this last reset.
The aircraft symbol was missing prior to this last intervention with Microsoft (MSFS 2024 content issue).
Thoughts on how to only reap navigraph data from Chrome?
Thanks.

I did a full reset and hey presto, my icon is back.
Thank you for your help, it’s greatly appreciated.
Fabio

You are welcome. Glad it is resolved.

Happy flying.
