New baggage weight option - More variety?

Hi,
I welcome the new baggage weight option, finally distinguishing between baggage and freight. This is great, thanks!

Prior to this option, you could also add this bag-per-passenger-weight by just adding it to the basic passenger weight. Now, those are two separate options, so this could be used to introduce some variety to your payload.

So, it would be cool if we could also set maybe a “range” of bag weights (i.e. 15-25), and the system randomizes this for each passenger, so you don’t always get the same amount of cargo with the same amount of passengers.

An even more complete system would have a maximum and minimum weight for both passengers and luggage (when you don’t want variety, you would set both to the same value).
