I just read the email regarding the new airport database. I launched Charts 8 and tried to see how the new feature looks however there’s nothing in LTFM? As if the airport is just a big polygon and it does not show any runway/taxiway/gate/terminal etc. Do I need to update the program or am I doing something wrong?

Hello Stephen,
I’m on Windows and I’m on Charts v8.20. I asked my friend and he said he was able to uninstall and download the latest version from the website and he was able to see it. Is there way to force update Charts 8 or should I do the same, uninstall and install again?

It is probably the most certain success if you uninstall the current version and install the latest one from the website. There are some cases the auto-updater is not behaving correctly, we are investigating this.
