Navigraph on tablet problem

I have a Navigraph account that I use on my PC. I downloaded the Navigraph app onto my tablet, but I can’t log in using my email and password that I use on my PC. I have even changed the password on the PC account, and it worked, but again, will not work on the tablet. What part don’t I understand?

Hello, sometimes a reboot could help. Also ensure that you are using the correct e-mail and username on both your Navigraph account and your iPad. If you are still having issues please send us a support ticket where we can investigate further.
