Make sure you create an OFP in SimBrief, then create New Flight in Charts, specifying From Simbrief, and using the OFP.
If still an issue, please posts screenshots showing errors using Guide to posting Screenshots.

In Charts settings make sure you enter your SimBrief username (not email) which you will find at https://www.simbrief.com/system/profile.php#settings.
