Greetings. As the subject says, I encounter a strange issue. I can not find the PMDG 777 300ER in the addon list. Unfortunately, I can not use the pmdg tablet to update nav data. Blind pilots can not access it so the Navigraph hub was the only sollution to update the irac. There was a discussion about those issues when PMDG wanted to force users to update the irac using only the tablet. Can you fix the issue? Thanks.

I am a blind user. Unfortunately, our screen reader do not allow us to access that tablet. It is a software limitation.
Yes, exactly. I can confirm that it-s not detecting the B77W and for us, the blind pilots, it-s horrible. For us, it-s a completly limitation, so please, try to reverse this situation as soon as possible. We are are paying for your service and we have the same right as others to have access to what we pay for.

Please fix this. I already reinstallt 3x PMDG 777 and Navigraph Hub 
As described in the topic, the PMDG 77W is no longer seen in the hub to update to 2501 - all other installed aircraft are still visible.
Scrolling up or down doesn’t reveal it either.
Same for me:
777-300 is missing.
Also. Ask a Friend and he have the 77F and the 77W. Also 77W missing:

It was not our intention to remove the PMDG 777 from the Hub, it was simple a small configuration error, which we have fixed now. The PMDG 777 should be back again now …
