Hello,
I open navigraph hub and get an error code pop up that says “request failed with status code 500”. help please. Tried re-installing with no joy.

Just found this on another post. Open the hub, find the hub icon in the system tray, right click, sign out and then open the hub. I did this and was asked to sign in and it works now, Yipee!

Hello! Thanks for the feedback.
This error likely showed up because of an incident we had with some of our servers yesterday - the timing lines up perfectly. We have since fixed those issues, which should not reappear!
If it does, then it is a different issue. With that in mind, I will close this topic!
