Hello -
After reading several different posts I was unable to find a solution. When using Charts on my PC the application is showing in DEMO mode even though I have an Ultimate Sub. - the could maps are working just fine and it seems to be an issue with the application any suggestions or links to how to fix this issue?

Are you showing DEMO mode in Charts Desktop, or in an In-Game EFB ?
Please post a screenshot of the message using Guide to posting Screenshots.

You have two accounts. Make sure you sign in to the account with your subscription. To avoid confusion, I suggest you remove the other account.
