NaVigraph/ AVIATAB Route planning

I have installed NAVIgraph. I have linked Navigraph with AVIATAB. I can find airports in the search function. What should I do now so that I can plan a route in AVIATAB.

If I enter ICAO at the departing airport, Avitab will find the airport. If I enter the ICAO at Arriving airport, I see the following message: Couldn’t find a preliminary route, error: No route found. What am I doing wrong here?

How do I get the routes I have planned in NAGph into AVIATB.
