Today 6/13/25 I attempted to update navdata in PMDG 737-900 using the EFB as recommended by PMDG, but the download starts and hangs about 75% complete. I reloaded the aircraft in MSFS2020 and tried again and same result. I quit MSFS, opened Navigraph Hub and updated successfully. My concern is that I am unable to update using the recommended EFB update method.
Any ideas how to fix?
Updating PMDG 737-900 Navigation Data via Navigraph Hub or EFB are equivalent.
There was an issue with an earlier version of the PMDG 737-900. You might like to uninstall/redownload/reinstall PMDG 737-900 to ensure you have the latest version.

Thank you for responding. I have the latest 737-9 version 3.0.112 which was installed at the same time I installed 3.0.112 of 737-7 and 737-8. The 737-7 navdata updated successfully using the EFB, but the update on the -8 and -9 stalled during download. As a test I installed navdata update in all PMDG aircraft using Navigraph Hub, then uninstalled navdata using the Hub. I launched MSFS2020 and loaded a PMDG model, and successfully updated navdata using the EFB. I loaded each of the other models and updated each successfully using the EFB. So it appears a workaround when update via EFB doesn’t work is to install using the Hub, then uninstall using the Hub, then update using the EFB.
