I noticed something odd today, when installed Airac Cycle 2501 rev.2 through Navigraph Hub, upon loading I have a crash in the following conditions :
Load LFPG Airport, Gate A10, with A320.
On the loading cinematic screen the game crashes.
(I don’t have scotland bush installed)
When i restart MSFS with the exact same scenario without navigraph, i have got no crashes.
I stated this in another thread, but seems more valid here let me know if I need to create a new thread, but in Chicago when I have the same issue as the OP for this topic. I removed the the update and it crashes to desktop when I click Fly and the cinematic screen. This is the error message:
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0000000000266aa4
So this worked for me, though it crashed again when FSHUD (which I was using for ATC updated to 2501) move the contents of LocalCache\SceneryIndexes and LocalState\Cache to folders on your desktop, I named them replaces thing “|” with “_” if I needed to move them back. I also removed the dispatch. Try that and see if that works for you. FSHUD for me works with 2101 as it’s default not connected to Navigraph. For KORD, though crashed after it loaded and read the scenery for the 2501 rev.2 I don’t know if there’s anything from this that can be gleaned from anyone at Navigraph.
Not really; there are no real log files or debug files that would help all developers analyze such issues more deeply. So, we are limited to looking at our data when we can reproduce the issue and can “play” a little bit to solve it (it´s more of a try-and-error due to the missing log information and, therefore, very time-consuming).
In this case, I can´t reproduce the KORD issue—I use the standard/stock KORD scenery and no third-party scenery. Sorry.
