Good day
Not sure where to post this query, but here we go. Twice I’ve loaded flight in MSFS and then clicked on the Navigraph icon to load the map. Twice MSFS has crashed ( a CDT I believe this is called) I’ve had no problems with a CTD before. This is the only problem I’ve had with your excellent product.
Any ideas please?

Sorry to hear you are having issues! Which version of MSFS are you using, 2020 or 2024?also, are you using the beta version of AIRAC cycle?

Just to narrow down some more detail, does this CTD happen in all circumstances, at any airport or at any part of the world? In flight or sitting on the ground?

It’s happened twice, mid-flight, in Europe. I did an update and to be fair, I’ve not tested it again. Thanks for your time. I’ll try again and if there’s a problem, I’ll let you know.

Hi. Further to my email. Tried this again. E Midlands to Newcastle. Just Flight Fokker. Loaded the FP via the MSFS planner. Clicked the internal Navigraph chart. It was Ok for a while. Then I had the CTD.

Just to narrow down things a little further, on the Navigraph installer, remove the currently installed AIRAC cycle. Once that is done, reinstall, then try your flight again.
