Hello I am trying to create a flight plan departing LIMC or LIML but the SIDs given by simbrief won’t show on my FMC. Tried Fenix, Inibuilds and nothing. Even tried the Toliss A320 on xplane and the same happens. Is there a problem on my side? Or navdata is not updated? I have all the latest AIRACs installed.

The SID is formed by two parts, the initial departure and transition.
Post an example of the Simbrief plan.
The SID name wont even show. For example simbrief creates the plan using PEP2X departing 35L and this SID won’t even appear on the FMC. Tried 3 different aircraft even xplane 12 and the same. Must be missing the data on Navigraph.
PEPAG2X is the SID transition, if you look at the chart you will see it references the IRKED departure. It is this initial climb that you need to select which for RWY 35L would be IRKED 7A or IRKED 8E

That is correct thank you for clarifying this. That is unusual way of displaying departures. Is this an Italy thing?
Yes it is widespread in Italy.
