Maddog X p3d not in database p3d v5.4

Hi.

I have this issue presented in the latest few navgraph airac cycle updates I guess.
This issue affected lets say the western side of the world every time I enter the airport ICAO on FMS Pos ref I get “not in data base”
Is this issue by maddog or navgraph side ??
I need help please I stopped using Prepar3d for while especially the Maddog
Any advice ??
Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Welcome … The screenshots are great but not readable for me. Can you give use two or three ICAO codes, which you have tried?

How have you installed the AIRACs? Via the FMS Data Manager? And have you started the Maddog config tool after the cycle download?

Sorry for the questions but we haven’t receive any reports like this till now.

Thank you
Richard

Thank you for your reply
Yes, via FMS downloader and all path doubled checked…

Sorry for the image quality once i get back home i will reupload them…
But in the pics I did SCEL to SAEZ it did not recognize it gives me not in database message

I did reinstall the cycle twice and everything is ok but the maddog insist “not in database” everytime I put the icao code for example "EHAM etc… most of Europe and America lete say 80% of all the world give me not in database message… even with latest airac cycle and it’s happening on p3d version only unlike msfs is all fine.

Hi,
thanks for the details but I can´t reproduce it.

Are you really sure, that you have installed the cycle correctly? Means in the correct folder?

I have tried your examples and all are fine on my system:

EHAM:

SCEL:

SAEZ:

No “not in database” message … Please check, if the path in the FMS Data Manager is really:
C:\Users\<your user>\Documents\Maddog X Files

I have set the path manually:

In the worst case, please re-install the MaddogX and BEFORE you update the AIRAC files, try your examples. Because with the installation, you get a default cycle, which is outdated but for testing ok.

Cheers,
Richard

Thank you so much for your effort
I did re-install twice no luck at all
I’m sure everything is correct as in the pics below…

And I’m not sure what wrong if its LSH side or Navgraph… I did post this issue to LSH and never responded to me since then.

Hi,
thanks for the better pictures … but it seems correct for me ?! Where are the “not in database” message now? I can´t see it on your screenshots?

Cheers
Richard

Hello sorry for late I was busy lately

As you can see I have latest maddog update released few days before… Fully reinstalled P3D V5.4
Navgraph is updated to latest I respawned my flight at BGBW … … no luck

Is it because I have maddog on MSFS?? and it’s working like charm unlike p3d version.
I tried everything I could to solve this issue is there any light of hope to make this
mysterious to be solved ?

Mr Richard
I would like to say I’m deeply sorry I think it’s fixed… Because my lack of reading manuals
Its been fixed after I made a look out on the Docs…

As you can see… I just filtered an exclusion to one airport only that it works… and it solved !!
You can close this post as you like sir.
