Loading a SimBrief flight plan into Just Flight Arrow series

I’m on Xbox Series X and am trying to load a SimBrief flight plan into the tablet EFB. I save the flight plan in SimBrief and attempt to load it in the tablet by entering my pilot ID. I must be missing a step, because it does not find any flights to load. What am I missing? Again, I on Xbox Series X. It’s my understanding this is supported.
