sorry, but I can’t really follow you. Do you miss something somewhere? When yes where? Or what do you want to tell us with your posting. Skyvector is nice and helpful in some cases but no official reference.

PS: there is no official reference for LIPA in the AIP Italy, I guess because LIPA is a military category airport

Lipa is an AVIANO USA BASE military airport and on the PIV (Military Aeronautical Cards) there are also these SID STARs.

Hi,
our data provider is using/offering only civil information from the AIPs of the countries. When there are special military procedures existing (like this), which will only be used by the military, than such procedures are not available. Sorry.
