Thanks for your report, but it seems to be a ProSim issue. I have checked the waypoint sequence of the ILS 18-Z approach in the ProSim, and the sequence is correct so far:
Here, directly from their database, what we offer:
You see, after the RW18 waypoint following sequence:
D095B → D175C → CH → KENZO → GOVNA → PIRUV
In line 11 you see your reference point CY/7.0 on 355 and after this point a CF (course to fix) course 277° to KENZO. So, the data seems to be correct, according the charts, therefore it seems more a ProSim interpretation issue of the data.
