I noticed the STHBY procedure is being assigned to heavy aircraft and while this procedure is not being used (after 0000L-0630L)
Prob is is that restriction is just text added as a remark - NOT a part of the Arinc 424 data. So it is not a discrete within a flight planning system.
Understood, well I’d politely request this procedure not be recommended to pilots as this is 99% of the time never used on VATSIM 
Done. I also removed KYLOW from the suggestions.
