It would be great if the moving display display could automatically switch to the selected arrivals and approach maps.
If this is possible, please point me in the direction to achieve this.
If not, perhaps it could be considered as a feature for a future release.

Welcome.
Automatic calling up of Charts has been mentioned before and will be considered for a future Charts Release.
You can pin charts for a flight to good effect.
