Looking at these charts you can see that the one used on Navigraph shows the incorrect positions of the terminals.

The first chart you showed is outdated: SLC has undergone a ton of construction.

FYI, next time, get your FAA charts from airnav.com. I don’t know where you got that first chart but it’s hella out of date
