In the real world pilots usually select a EOsid on the secondry flight plan, which follows the engine-out procedure.

There is a pay app uk320 something for Neo that have this Feature. But basicly you can ”invent” this by your self. IE missed app and put a hold on a waypoint To work your app list. Also a good video on YT. Search for Fenix A320 tutorial
