iPad Charts does not show distance/course

The distance and course data between “origin” and "destination is not shown on the iPad version of Charts. Any remedy?

Do you mean the distance/bearing depicted on the purple route legs?
Could you post a screenshot?

I see! Could you try going to your flight options and changing the mode to VFR?
