How do you insert a holding pattern into a Navigraph flight plan? I have a VOR in a flight plan (YVR, Vancouver) and the low IFR chart shows a number of holding patterns associated with YVR, and I can select one so it is highlighted on the chart, but can’t figure out how to insert it into the flight plan.
