I have three Account. the first one is Jamesl.masseyjr the second is jimmy.jack@yahoo.com, and the third one is jimmy.jim61@gmail.com, I did want to My account to delete It didn’t work.

You have multiple accounts, some with non working emails. I have emailed you directly with suggestions for deleting those accounts without subscription. Please reply to that email.

My name is Elvis, i have the same issue, two accounts kibuukae05@gmail.com with the subscription and kibuukadzillion@gmail.com, so i cant download via Navigraph fms data which shows an error. Kindly help.

You can delete account kibuukadzillion@gmail.com as it doesn’t have a subscription.
In FMS Data Manager Settings page, Unregister Account. Login with account kibuukae05@gmail.com.

Hello Ian thanks for the reply, i have unregistered the other account and tried logging in with the subscribed account email but it still says my email or password is incorrect. I don’t know what i’m doing wrong.

The error came on account kibuukadzillion@gmail.com that has no subscription as i tried to download.

Please delete account kibuukadzillion@gmail.com (without subscription) as follows:
When logged into you account at Navigraph , choose Details\Profile\Advanced Settings, Delete Account.
In FMS Data Manager Settings page, Unregister Account. Login with account kibuukae05@gmail.com.
