Hub is blank

When I download navigraph hub, then open it, the program is just a grey/blank screen. I can see there are older topics on it but they seem to have been deleted.

Hey Glagaz,

I think the issue might have solved itself for those users that deleted their posts about this issue. Try to reinstall Hub by removing it using add/remove programs in control panel and try again. I have added extended logging for your account also, so if the issue would persist we should be able to see what is going on.

Thanks Markus. I’ll try again later but uninstalling/re-installing wasn’t making any difference earlier on. Fingers crossed for next time.

The extended logging seems to have done the trick for now! I was also getting this message during installation:

Oh that’s great. If you get that message just quit hub by right-clicking the tray icon and then quit, then the installation can continue

mine too now i get this errror 2025-01-13T06:00:00Z

@alaslistas We are investigating why this happens for some users. In the meanwhile just remove Hub using add/remove programs and install it again.
