Navigraph Hub non functional

I have been trying to start Navigraph Hub, since it turned blue/blank, for the last 5 days. Have removed it totally and reinstalled. Following all guidelines given here. The program is installed in :
C:\Users\javdlaaken\AppData\Local\Programs\navigraph-hub,
but simply will NOT start .
Charts and Data Manager no problem.
Could somebody pls help me getting this program on the raod again.

Thanks your reply. I suddenly had a blue empty screen. Looked for solutions on the forum.I have done everything which was recommende to do. Nothing helped. Than I uninstalled the HUB totally. Disabled Virus and Firewall. Downloaded latest HUB (1.2.13) installed as administrator (and later normal), but now the prohgram WILL NOT start up, although it is installed. Totally dead. Charts and Data Manager working without problem. So I am really at a loss what to do. Hope you can come up with a solution. Thanks.

Can you please clarify, does “WILL NOT start up” mean that you still get a blue screen or you don’t even get a window anymore? I have turned on additional logging for your account, it might be able to provide us some more information, so please try again to start the application. Also, if the case is that you have a blue screen, does signing out (not quitting) from the system tray not result in any change from blue screen at all?

Hi Markus. Nothing happens anymore. Since I reinstalled, the blue screen is gone. I can press the .exe whatever I want, but nothing.

Again. I uninstalled, then redowloaded the hub and reinstalled. Same result. Nothing happens.

If you’re having trouble opening the Navigraph Hub and it’s not displaying the window, please check the Windows Task Manager to see if the Navigraph Hub process is already running. If you find an instance of the Navigraph Hub EXE in the list of running applications, please close it and then try to run the Navigraph Hub again.

Before attempting to restart the Navigraph Hub, ensure that it is not being blocked by Windows Defender or any other security software.
