Hi, i have reinstalled Simlink and Navigraph several times disabled my AV disabled Windows Firewall read most posts and tried to fix this issue. None of it works. Any idea? Its a little frustrating.

you can close the ticket. I figured the issue by checking little navigraph and its support pages:
Service pack 1 and 2 were not installed.
