FMS Datamanager doesn't take OTP on Mac OS

I have uninstalled and reinstalled FMS Data Manager several times and it won’t take the OTP generated. I had an older version installed that accepted a username and pass and it worked fine but quit a couple of days ago after updating. I’ve also tried turning off my firewall, private relay, etc.

I should add, I’m using Sign in with Apple

Hi…,

Welcome.

Please try uninstalling FMS Data Manager, redownloading and installing latest FMS Data Manager, restarting machine, running FMS Data Manager.

Cheers

Hi Ian, No luck. I uninstalled, restarted my computer, reinstalled using the latest link, and I still get an invalid email/password error. I changed my email a few days ago and opted to use Apple sign in if that helps troubleshoot.

Try using the email and password used to login to Navigraph web page.

Still no luck. Is it possible that Navigraph has a different email associated with me because of my Apple sign-in? I know Apple generates random emails sometimes that autoforward to the main email.

Okay… weird solution. I signed out of Navigraph, signed back in using email/password instead of Sign in with Apple and the OTP worked this time… This can be marked as resolved but it seems there’s some weird behavior if you click the sign-in with Apple button and OTP.

Hi…,

Thank you for the update. Glad it is resolved.

Happy flying

Ian
